In the afternoon hours of September 24th, following an anonymous tip, investigators with the Kentucky State Police went to a residence on Fallen Timber Road in Henry County. Upon further investigation at the residence a search warrant was obtain and subsequently executed. During the search of the residence approximately 6 pounds of processed marijuana, hundreds of imported seeds, scales, packaging, and 25 mature marijuana plants were located.
Brian Raisor, 47 of New Castle, was arrested and charged with trafficking marijuana over 5 lbs., drug paraphernalia, and cultivating marijuana over 5 plants. In addition to the drugs and drug trafficking materials 2 pickup trucks, 1 SUV, 2 ATVs, and a dump truck were also seized.
The investigation is still ongoing by the Kentucky State Police.
